A Tree

"Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let them say among the nations, 'The LORD reigns!' Let the sea resound, and all that is in it; let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them! Let the trees of the forest sing, let them sing for joy before the LORD, for He comes to judge the earth. Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His love endures forever."

A tree next to our campsite. ^^ It actually did have leaves, but I couldn't figure out how to add them... ;]

Roses after Rain

Here are some photos I took in California at my Grandma's house during Christmas break. It had rained the night before, so there were droplets of water over everything, making the flowers shimmer. It was absolutely beautiful!

I used a Canon PowerShot SX40 HS Digital Camera on micro-focus. 

My personal favorite is the white rose (pic 2). What's yours?
